If I pay good money for a program from a recognized company, I expect it to work when I install it. Let me just say I'm not impressed with Roxio's program or their tech support. I didn't bother trying to figure out what might be different as far as systems settings on the 2 computers.
Surprise! It worked! An old HP-6300 running Win 10 Pro, Intel i5 chip, 8 GB memory, NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 graphics card. After a month of going back and forth with support I gave up and tried to install it on my backup computer. My high end computer never did recognize the capture device. Contacted support numerous times, sent them all sorts of printouts and info about my computer without success.
I also had serious issues trying to install Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus on a high end Win 10 Home edition computer ( Intel i7 -3770 chip, 3.40GHz, 12 GB memory, AMD Radeon HD 7450 graphics card with 1 GB DDR3 memory ).
